    Way too early to give up on him, but at this point if he can turn into a serviceable backup/swing OT it'll be a win. Hell, try him at OG?

    The actually show Mertz as #3 on the Texans depth chart. Speaking of Keenum, I didn't even know he was in Chicago now until I looked him up. Thought he would retire here.

    Based on what I saw from Mertz at Wisconsin, he doesn't have a significant upside in the NFL. Didn't watch him at UF.
