Yes but they really shouldn’t be counted on. France wasn’t that good before he got hurt so he should just be looked at as AAA depth when he returns until he shows he’s all the way back. Javier will probably start a rehab assignment in late July and be back toward the end of August if all goes to plan. He can be viewed as a meaningful contributor down the stretch but more likely as an extra SP or RP rather than just coming right back into the rotation.
