Despite all the positives being said about RS’ future, I wonder with the success of the double big D if there is a regret in the FO about not selecting Mr Big at #3?

Last year's draft was so trash, I'm not even sure who you are talking about. Basically, the draft class was Sheppard and a bunch of scrubs.

Which scrub are you calling "Mr. Big"?

Okay, but which one? Neither are any good, so which one is "Mr.Big"?

Edey is ass. Clingan looked decent and moves pretty well.

IMO twas whichever would have fit with the plan put into effect months AFTER the Draft.

The question was to FO’s new philosophy and if then in place who would have been the pick?

Well, neither would fit, that's why they passed on them and picked the best player in the draft class. Edey is just a taller Jock Landale and Clingan could have been an option for backup C, but he's got no upside.

yes, plenty of regret, especially since sudoku refused to play the commander. firestone should've drafted a big d.

Edey had the potential to be a Steven Adams type
    but
    HE seems so soft

Clingan played quite well and has all the signs of a high-end backup/good-enough starter to him. Definitely would be a good Adams replacement. Edey probably was never on the Rockets radar since he and Sengun overlap too much.

I doubt it. Aquaman has been perfect. We need to keep him for another season or two.
