I dunno, I got chastised for keeping up with games in which the score was decided by 2 runs or fewer. We were 30-45 in such games last season. I was told it was an anomaly, but someone will have to explain to me how a team that was 58-30 in all of its other games can be so very bad in late close games. We may have been dead last in the league in that situation.

 

On the bunt to start the inning. Ball went foul (their was a small gap between the chalk and ball) and umpire still called if fair.

 

Yeah having such a fantastic start to the season can afford you sitting your most dangerous hitter. What are we 5, 6 games ahead in first place?

There is like...nothing fun or entertaining about this team. No spark, no emotion, the energy is very meh. It's a reflection of the manager IMO.
