FVV is the key to Rockets playoff success .. AND well...

 

This is why I don’t think you should let young teams rest.

 

Ultimately still a mostly meaningless game for us (playoff matchups, whatever) and the team is playing like it. Denver, on the other hand, is desperate.

 

Rockets T-shirt toss segment is normally a quarter 3, quarter 4 segment. I wonder if they'd do two of these. Last game of season, leftover invnetory must go.

I definitely see that too.

I get why we rested our guys but I think staying in rhythm is more valuable than the time off. This team was really hitting their stride. Even that Lakers loss was a really well played game on our part.

 

That extra rest sitting players is doing us well!!!

Rockets losing by 30 would be good medicine.

 

Denver's vets getting whatever they want. Very focused for a team that fired their coach.

 

I can't do another year with Fred bricking every shot. I just can't.

when a player has clear possession of the ball and going toward the basket?

 

I agree, I think that was a mis-step for a team that's predicated around intensity.

 

Guys, before the moaning and groaning gets out of hand, consider:

The Rockets starters haven’t played in a week, so the rust is expected
The Rockets aren’t playing for anything while their opponent has a lot to lose/gain

The Nuggets are playing with desperate energy, so far. It’s been a while since they’ve been so locked in.

My main concern right now is Jalen. He looks terrible.

 

the rockets will play back into a rhythm. they are easing into it. im not worried about them at all.
