Genetic or just poor work ethic or improper training?

I am trying to figure out why some players are more injury prone than others
Some like Jah maybe does too many High Risk maneuvers
Others just seem like they don't work out properly
    Some it maybe mental

Probably a combination of lack of conditioning and genetics.

If we are talking about minor injuries, I feel that players were playing through strains in the past more.

Now you are seeing the NBA investigating teams resting players........it became a necessity.

It is reported more via social media.

genetics definitely plays a part. some guys like puny john stockton just have strong bones and connective tissue. and then there’s the greg oden types

    Is the game more physical
    Faster stronger more athletic
Players pushing past their limits more?

    imo none of the above

but in general people are growing up with less nutritious diets plus garbage beverages which might be a factor

I think it can be different reasons for different players. Ja is probably playstyle, Zion conditioning, AD is probably genetic since it's a lot of random tears in different places. Embiid honestly might have pissed off a shaman or something cause his injury list is completely random, different body parts with broken bones, torn ligaments, breaking his face through a collision in 2 separate occasions, even Bell's palsy.

OKC has the perfect combo when healthy ..... MVP Guard - All Star Forward/Guard - Almost All Star Center - Top 3 Backup Center
