This is a German green card holder with no known involvement in anything. He's an electrical engineer and has had a green card since 2008. He was flying back to New Hampshire after a visit to relatives and friends in Luxembourg. He does have a dismissed mar1juana misdemeanor charge though, which is where we are at now.
