    The typical haters in the national sports media conclave. They get butt hurt when their anointed players lag behind others they had tossed aside.

    The media was and seems to still be pining for Sauce Gardner to be the best(est) of all CB’s…. And Stingley proved that he was the much better choice.

    Folks in the national media are truly petty, they will be late to give accolades for earned accomplishments and early to do a, “see, I told you so moment” when said player stumbles.

    But being anointed by the media and becoming their darling bodes well for positive and prevalent media hype….
