    Its genuinely sad how much politics has divided America. I've been lurking these forums for 20+ years and you would never mention anything political before Trump. Nowadays politics is injected everywhere.

    Yep. Outside of a few rare completely civil conversations with my wife and most trusted closest friends, I have NEVER started a single conversation about politics. I hate it. But Trump and MAGA have made it so that it is front and center in every part of society. They have made it so there is no escape.
