    Is this really a thing though? So many successful player/coaches... Kerr, Tomjanovich, Phill Jackson, Monty Williams, Ty Lue, Rick Adleman, etc. The list goes on and on. I'm not saying that some coaches won't see themselves in some players, but I wouldn't be concerned about that at all as long as the roster is balanced. I'd imagine that you would get a sense of where a coaches head is at with that stuff during the interviewing process.

    For sure the really good ones.....and that is the thing with Ime we don't know what he is yet......he has NEVER built a team before, and right now, if he is in there helping make decisions on cap room this is VERY UNDERWHELMING
