    They sell these bars at Royal Roastery on Westheimer, a few other Mediterranean dessert spots are starting to have them too.

    These things have been going "viral" for months. So all the suburbanites and tiktok kids have been flooding stores requesting them. I was sent a link about it a few months ago, and in the link they interviewed some guy running a Middle Eastern restaurant/store, and he said he never carried it before but learned how to make it online from a recipe and he's selling them like crazy now. lol. If it says "viral", get ready for the lunacy.
