I really don’t understand the focus on Framber. When you have 8Ks and 4 hits and 0 runs in 7 innings and are 0fer runners in scoring position in a 3 run game, pitching was not the problem.
His assessment of Abreu after his stint of the minors seems like he was trying to salvage his reputation and suggested that he pushed for even more time... he was vicariously living through Abreu.
when Astros suck at offense the focus becomes Framber to be perfect to give them a chance in late innings.
They're just reading the energy in the stadium. Astros brought nothing to this game, and it's been like that since about 1:40.

People are just frustrated since we’ve seen this before and it’s almost like there’s nothing you can do once he’s having one of those games. But scoring 0 runs is unacceptable
the first 3 batter skubal faced was the first sign this offense could barely do anything. skubal barely had to break a sweat.
Unfortunately, your ace is supposed to thwart off the other team as well, not go Framber on them for an inning. Framber as a #2 option on this team is more ideal to combat against innings like that and to take the stress off of him.
