The time slot surprises me because the entire sports world is rooting for the Tigers

 

The entire world roots against the Astros in previous years, but doesn't change their time slot.

 

Well technically we skip this round every year...

 

Not sure I'll get to see either of the wild card games with the start times. I hate they're having to play in the wild card round too but hope they can keep it going against and upstart Tigers team.

 

Right but the ALDS is consistently day games as well.

 

I have no idea how a single person is surprised we are getting the earliest time slot. That was pretty much assumed for me.

 

Also, pretty gross that the NL gets both evening games. Disgusting. These games don’t have to be fully staggered, it would not be that difficult to have 2 games going on at the same time, I can’t imagine the ratings would even be affected.

 

Heck they are hurting their television ratings AND in person attendance by doing this.

 

Lol MMP will be at capacity

 

Same applies to the ALDS. We are rarely in primetime.

 

It's a guarantee that if the Astros advance to the Divisional Series, it'll be afternoon games since the Yankees are in the other side of the bracket.
