    I initially thought this was BS, but when I looked it up, the average new house in 1920 was about $6200 10 KG of gold would get you about $6600.....and in 2023 the average new home was about 500K and 10KG of gold was about 655K....and it's worth about 850K today.

    So yeah, homes will increase in value, which is a way to generate wealth....but it won't increase in value quicker than just owning gold.
