Why the hell would I not have a beer with someone, once? I may not want to do it a second time, but once would always be okay.

Being in California, the have had a beer with list is much shorter. I think I grabbed one with the peeps at a playoff game in LA in 2009, which would include FranchiseBlade, Yolo, and I can't remember who else was there. Rocketman95 a couple of different times in different spots. Yolo again a few times (including game 22 of the 22 game win streak at his place). I think that is it for my BBS meetups.

 

Nothing is written there that you have to talk while drinking that beer so it did not have to be a social call.

I would mind having A beer with @MadMax. Given Irish tradition where you have to buy a beer for anyone who buys you one we might not leave the pub.

That thread where I had to move TAMU to the SEC was the last time I was normal - yet everyone thought I was crazy.

 

I would sit down for a beverage with anyone here - it is a great community.

Although, my beverage would be bourbon these days.

I have met with a few fine posters on this great BBS. They include @desihooper, @Nook, @The Drake (although we've known each other since HS), @moestavern (basketball), @Kam (basketball), @BiGGieStuFF (basketball), @macalu (basketball). @CCity Zero, @Xerobull.

Rumor has it I will be meeting brother @MadMax for a lunch in the coming weeks. We will see if he is truly a brother in Christ.

It's been cool to meet people from the BBS over the years. Most of y'all are normal! .

 

I've left my CF account logged on at work and had coworkers tell me they have an account on there. I don't carry that conversation for long.

 

Not the terrorist supporters, sorry. I would be too concerned about what they might end up doing. Commies, yeah, I would...they probably can't drink much anyway lol.

Honestly, I think it'd be cool if we got together more often (and it's been many years since I've met up with any bbs members).
