Metrics aint ****, and in truth most people view Beard as a joke outside of us Rockets fans. One day you'll reconcile yourself to those facts. I'll be honest, i was completely over that game 7 by the time the game started. I set my alarm for 6 am to see who was gonna ref, saw foster, so i had all day to get over it by game time. I know everyone hates harden, that's fine. For me as a fan of basketball, taking the kd warriors to 7 is probably the most impressive thing i've seen, considering even lebron could only muster 1 win in 2 series. If you disagree, that's cool, no problem. Every hates the astros, do i care? Not even a little, it only makes it more awesome when we win and more fun to be a fan.

 

it'd cost too much to trade for Markkanen, I can't imaging Stone deal with Ainge without being robbed.
Stone should have just forced a D.Brooks-C.Johnson swap in that big trade of draft picks with the Nets. Cameron Johnson would be perfect fit for this team at 3 and won't cost much. elite shooter, good D, team player won't force his shot, a little younger than Brooks.

Bro. gets: B.Brown, Jeff Green (Green's contract is not guaranteed so the Nets saves a ton of money getting rid of Schroder's contract and swap C.Johnson's 3yr. $70millions with Bruce Brown's expiring contract in this tank year.)

.....talk about fools gold. While I admit Lauri is totally the type of guy we need - his contract is $46mil+ a year. I don't think you are getting too far if Lauri and Sengun are your two max contract guys.

 

Yeah. Lauri has been priced out of our range and he is not worth it. I do think he would do well here, but he and Sengun don’t equal a championship and you wouldn’t be able to afford a third max player like Amen.

 

Can we do a 3 team trade where we get Bam, and Miami receive Lauri, as Utah get the youthful assets…?


Not a huge fan of Lauri trad because we lose some of our defensive identity
