Speaking from experience, narcissists don't have genuine senses of humor. They can elicit laughter in others and perform a version of what they think is charm, but they lack genuine humor because they cannot laugh at themselves. Their ego won't allow for it and I think that makes someone fundamentally unfunny.
I don't think the laughing thing is going to bother people like you think it will. My guess is that most Americans don't think it's a problem for black women to laugh.

I have literally never seen Donald Trump laugh. Which is amazing when you consider his entire life has been on camera for the past 10+ years.

Actually, its probably smart for him to be pro-Trump regardless. Tesla has dominated the EV market, and the less the government encourages other manufacturers to make them, the better it is for Tesla. Then there is also the potential massive tax savings for himself.
I am not address the coup theory. I stated MSM and most democrats claimed Biden was sharp as a tack until the first debate. Prior to the debate, Biden was frequently observed acting in the same manner as during the debate. None of this is news. The concern (or conspiracy theory in your case) is the unnatural and unhealthy nature major news channels and political parties lock step messages. We are not China.
Like I said Trumpism/MAGA at its heart is a personality cult, to the extent it has any policy at all it's basically owning the libs. As a consequence, the personality cult - centered around a singularly repulsive personality - is gonna focus on personal attacks like it has in every election it has ever been in. There's no policy attack because Trump isn't about policy, and to the extent there's any policy at all it's a vehicle for surefire loser stuff like Project 2025 and abortion bans which are both unpopular and substantively bad
