And you’re basing that on one summer league game? You must think Jabari is the best player in the league.

He played against real NBA players like Walker Kessler. People said he was too slow to play in the NBA and all it took is one SL game to prove them wrong.

65 at least and lead them to a playoff berth.

Last game for Stephon Castle missed on 11 of 13 attempts beyond six feet (8-21 overall against the Chinese national team). 36% shooting in 2 games (20% from 3, 57% from the line). Definitely a work in progress. Though he does impact the game in other ways.

I like his upside but those highlights against the CNT are basically rec league stuff IMO. How he does in Vegas will give a better indication of where he is starting from.

Some players do impress at SL and do not impress later, vice versa, some prospects take longer time to click.

Summer league is like extreme surface summer flirtation....

Terence Shannon jr looks like he will fit as a hard working defender who can cut and hit the corner 3. May not get much opportunity initially in the NBA though

Don't get me wrong: I am ecstatic the Rockets drafted Reed Sheppard.

But those of you who watched Hawks/Wizards tonight will have to agree Risacher is probably the best prospect in the draft. He's only 19, his body has a LOT of developing left and but he's already very good now. Those highlight videos we've watched the last few weeks are legit examples of what he can do. He also seems to be a very smart, instinctive player that competes (to the best of his ability) on both ends of the floor.

But, of course, it's just one game.

Just watched the highlights and both Sarr and Risacher had some pretty sweet plays, Risacher in particular made NBA quality moves - the 2024 professional draft haters fixing to get owned.

Sarr had a VERY slow start and was quite pathetic the entire 1st half. But he really figured it out in the 2nd half. Rockets fans get a close-up look at him Sunday afternoon.

For some reason, the NBA didn't schedule the Rockets against the Hawks to match up Risacher(1) vs. Reed(3). Maybe they considered "Bronny" a bigger menu item.
