    I was at the game (in the burning sun). Ewers did not impress at all. His deep balls were either under thrown (which the refs swallowed a DPI call once) or overthrown on the sideline. He also locked into Worthy too often and missed the open man. I don't think he improved much from last year.

    Alabama game will be rough.

    Ewers can't connect on a deep throw to Worthy to save his life... He's always a second too late it seems.. Big plays can be the difference between a "Same ol Longhorns" and a "Texas is back" type season..
