    That's a weird trade for Washington

    Are they just trying to use up as many of their 2nd round picks as possible?

    Like they just picked up 7 or so the last couple of days "let's trade some of them to move up 1 spot and draft a guy that the team in front probably wouldn't have taken anyway"
