    The Wizards /Bullets have been stuck in mediocre land at best since they won the title in 78. They spend money on dudes just good enough to get them around .500 rinse and repeat.

    I hope they're finally going to rebuild properly. That fanbase deserves to get out of purgatory for a change. Seems like that's their new FO's plan of action. They need to also get what they can for some of their roleplayers this offseason. Morris, Gafford, Wright, etc. No reason to keep guys like that around on a tanking team.
