We could have Michael Jordan, Olajuwon, Kevin Garnett, Gary Payton,
and Kawhi Leonard all in their primes and still be labeled a toxic
trash misfit team for anyone added, by the mainstream media.

    They/Them hate us

Brian Blowhard is one of them. Will he even have a job when LeBron retires?
Will need to be surgically removed from Lebron's b*ll's

That would be like moving to a 3rd world country for him.

Well, Dawson and Tomjanovich are not on the Rockets anymore so not sure who's going to do the training. Besides, he probably has never heard of half of those guys so I doubt he will be impressed. Oh, 1 more thing, you forgot Cato.

We didn't need Dawson or Tomjanovich to develop Yao. It was actually JVG and Adelman who turned Yao into a legit two way star. Seems to me the city has been good to big men regardless of who is around. Maybe we as fans and the city just know how to get behind a star big man.

All we're seeing is someone (Windhorst) looking at 2 seasons we were tanking and calling it a mess. No sh*t sherlock. This has nothing to do with how we would play and develop players in a season where we want to win.

Pretty crazy when people look at an article from two months ago and say, man, that's ancient history, why you talking about the past? Shows the age we live in. Shoot even info from like two weeks ago people would probably scoff at.

This news is quite old, was from months ago. The reporters had bias, but the point of Windy mentioning it was illustrating that Wemby's team (at least publicly) didn't care which team.

Just saying, Houston isn't exactly paradise either. Any of the areas around the refineries on the SE side are like a 3rd world country to me. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Detroit has it's nice parts too.

You know what is a danger? Ignorant fans who would throw away talent because they don't like their personality.

Agreed. We shouldn’t throw away talent. Personalities should matter to the front office and if Nook’s sources and information is correct on how KPJ conducts himself is correct, then he should have a short leash with the new coach. We are a fan’s site that is all about arguing about the merits of the players, FO, and coaches. The Rockets execs should pay very little attention to what we,the fans, think about any of the players. If they don’t win, we walk regardless of whether they take our advice or not.
