    The PRC releasing a bio weapon, really anyone, is such a risky dangerous move there is a reason why they are banned. Releasing it on a country that you not only frequently trade with but also have people traveling between would be suicidal. Any highly contagious agent would end up hurting you as much as your enemy.

    Another Chinese 'surveillance balloon' is flying over Latin America, Pentagon says
    A Defense Department spokesperson revealed the additional ballon after one was assessed to be flying 60,000 feet above the continental U.S.
