    Tangent rant:
    He's an athlete, but my advice to white collar young professionals is (default) not add your co-workers to your personal social media. Work-dynamics fluctuates, a peer today could be a boss tomorrow, things are fluid and can get awkward. Unless person is working in a family business, having a separate work and personal circles is generally a good rule of thumb.
