    Must be just for insurance. It won't hurt but I prefer to get another PG or a playmaker from any position, somebody who can orchestrate the offense.

    I agree with churning bottom of the roster searching for talent. I also believe that it takes time to see if a player is good or not.

    Rockets have 8 rookies or sophomores. Tate, KPJ, KMJ, and Mathews are still being looked at. Rockets likely keep a backup center. Gordon isn't going to be given away. Nwaba is really the only roster spot that looks available, but I think he (or possibly one of the Mavs guys instead) is being kept for potential salary in a trade as an expiring contract.

    I'm guessing Rockets interest is really Vipers interest.

    He looks like he could be a solid backup 5. Im down for bringing him in to camp and letting the players battle it out for a roster spot. Competition will bring out the best players. We have time to reshape the roster and give these young guys a look.
