    This is across the street from my Cousin's house. Here's his neighbor's exclusive doorcam footage. Could be considered graphic. Cops do have the video.

    My mom's a few blocks over and called me at 6:00 last night telling me to look up what was happening...thought she was overreacting, but I guess not.

    Sad that one household has these types of people so that the entire area is afraid.

    Side note, I didn’t see a single AR or rifle. Maybe the kids in the driveway had them

    He and his wife weren't home at the time and are OK. It may be the catalyst for them to move, though. He's been talking about getting a place way out in the country and with home values bananas, it's probably a good time.

    I don't think it will impact the sales that much. It's an insane market and I think the neighborhood is OK.

    Market is nuts so that’s a plus.

    Buy some land and a little trailer until he can build on the land

    Exactly, the great news is most of us can sell our homes in suburban areas for $500k-$600k easy, bad news is buying a new home in a nice area will set you back $800k or more especially new… pfft, lots of land with a trailer is the way !
