Has the American government frozen bank accounts of protestors and I missed it?

I saw weeks of National Guard looking like that on the streets of my city following the death of George Floyd.

 

This "Peaceful protest" is still an illegal protest. You can't break the law and expect not to get arrested. Here is an experiment for all of you guys on the right (crying about another leader from a different country). Go park you car, truck or suv in the middle of the streets blocking traffic for three weeks. See what happens.. Btw the majority are against the protests. Especially the peoples in the city. Here is why.
