    Silas will let the team absolutely struggle for minutes on end without a timeout. He'll let the refs make ridiculous ticky tack calls because his team is young without ever arguing or taking a T. The team isn't developing like you want. Rotations are absolutely stupid.

    Get this guy the fk outta here.
