    We desperately needed McCullers to assert ace status down the homestretch. Instead he’s giving us a mediocre showing against the one of the worst teams in the AL.

    Without an ace we don’t stand a chance in the postseason. I know the price to pay was high but not making a move to bring in a TOR pitcher will torpedo us. There simply isn’t a single guy in this rotation you can pencil in a win on any given night. Not sure how a team can be expected to be a serious contender without that.
