    I still remember the excitement of running home after school to see King Kong vs Godzilla on the 3:30 Million Dollar movie.

    It was the 3 o’clock million dollar movie on ABC channel 13. I checked it daily for years every year in anticipation of the entire week of Godzilla movies.

    These current monster universe movies have been really enjoyable. The first Godzilla with Gareth Edwards might be the best of 'em. Skull Island and King of Monsters I was disappointed on first viewing but came around on them and enjoyed them for the brainless fun they are. Kong vs Godzilla looks the same. Just a fun ride!
