    If tilman Fertitta has a brain. He hires Silas.
    Hiring John Lucas means 1 thing to me. Tilman is doing everything in the book to convince harden to stay in Houston.

    Silas is a no brainer here. If u hire Silas you can still keep Lucas as a developmental guy here!

    silas shouldn’t be as expensive as JVG in my opinion you literally just have to give him a slight raise from his current assistant coach salary. Hell take it to jump to HC.

    Silas won’t be too expensive either. Lucas isn’t about money it’s about the players wanting to coast and run the team.

    Love Lucas but as development coach, not head coach.

    Silas is hands down choice.

    Keep JVG in the booth.

    Something to remember here, we already f*cking have Lucas lol. No one else is going to offer him a HC gig.

    Hire Silas, make Lucas the main assistant if he matters so much for Harden/WB/House.

    It's not like Silas is in such a strong position to make coaching team demands anyways.

    Silas postgame interview has me impressed.

    Having a Smart Black Coach who can win really express his deep thoughts on the game, have eye contact each media member goes a long way. He definitely is a Positive person which is needed, that knows X and Os, very studious.

    James Harden can win a MVP Award, just by having a Coach who can promote Harden with a Positive Image.

    Mike Dantoni seemed to never to defend James Harden the right way.
