    NBA should add an All-Defense 3rd Team like it did for All-NBA Teams.

    The All-NBA Team originally had two teams, but since 1988 it is typically composed of three five-man lineups—a first, second, and third team.

    While they're at it, add All-Offense Teams for the players that make buckets. Give recognition where it's due.
