    Yes it is. It may get stuck, absorb water, and cause a clog in your pipes but you can flush it.

    Wet wipes are also flushable but they are awful for waste management. Flushable means nothing.

    I honestly don’t have a problem with cat juggling as long as each cat signs a waiver and pillows are used albeit cats almost always land on their feet so requiring pillows is debatable.
