0-2.... throws right in the middle strike fastball. Can't you just work the plate. The biggest culprit was that WALK. Nice job.

 

Neither team deserved to win this one with their terrible baserunning (on both sides). But I guess we deserved to lose more with out stupid decision to pinch hit Tucker (who's had reverse splits and hard contact) for a AAAA player who struggles to make contact. And Sigh Sneed not being able to seal the deal.

Hats off to Paredes. Him, Taylor, and Scrubb are a very promising trio. And hopefully Pressly has shaken off the rust and woken up.

 

I'm a causal baseball fan so I know nothing about baseball strategy, but even I know if you are already 2 up you don't go right down the middle the very next pitch..

I dont blame Sigh Sneeze, the offense is anemic in late innings lately.

Going to find the Nationals get beat up by Baltimore. That might make me feel a bit better.

 

4 of the last 8 games go extra innings, and we're 1-3 in those games with an inexperienced bullpen and 3 of the 4 on the road ...microcosm of 2020. Middle fingers to the sky....

Come to think of it...I hate the runner on second rule cause the Astros suck with it.

 

What pisses me off is the ESPN promo for Sunday night baseball. I think 29 teams were shown, BUT NOT THE STROS.
