Man....Cp with a bunch of good defenders around him is a problem. I dont want to face the Thunder in the first round, not at all.
I wouldn't mind OKC. CP3 led teams have a history of underperforming in the playoffs. CP3 himself has self-sabotaged.
Michael Porter Jr, if he can stay healthy, is going to be an all star one day, probably multiple times.
To be fair, the kid was a potential #1 pick outside the injury. If healthy, people thought he'd be good. The Nuggets were perfectly positioned to take him at 14, in that they knew whomever they picked likely wasn't going to get a lot of PT that first year anyway on their squad. I'm less sold on Bol Bol, but still appreciate the pick, and why they did it. Think he'll also have injury problems and ultimately will be the type of player to put up some great games and some duds. Whereas Porter can turn into a 25/10 guy consistently for 4-5 years.
What's really crazy about Porter Jr is that he's that impactful off the ball, scoring wise. He's in the KD,PG, Kawhi type of vein.Well how he is on the ball is yet to be seen.
I'm on the Bol Bol wagon cause he looks so motivated after what happened in the draft and it shows. Also Dad was in the NBA factor.
OKC probably wins this game if Dennis is playing. Still not sure who we should be rooting for in this game. some say OKC some say Denver.
Porter disappeared down the stretch, but that's ok. young player, most minutes he's ever played in a game. pretty impressed with Denver actually... they're missing some folks. every team is going to have a tough first round, except for the Lakers.
James does that too.....but you know who doesnt do that, a dude who will miss one out of every two FTs the whole 3 quarters. But will astoundingly make all of them in the 4th. Can you guess lol? We'll be okay if we can get Utah.
