    This was interesting.

Capela was in every one of those defensive possessions and destroying spacing for Harden.

This is where small ball will get interesting if it's a failed or successful experiment, there will be better spacing and we will have open three-point looks if they keep this style defense.

I'm not convinced of small ball yet, because I really dislike getting crushed on rebounds and defensive issues when shots aren't falling.

But if we can make it work this game that is a good start for how playoff teams will use successful defensive blueprints against us in the postseason.

Harden needs to whisper this in Giannis ear.

I would try to avoid OKC first round, I feel like we'd get blown out. I would rather play Clippers than OKC

Small ball lineups are the best at taking charges, and taking charges is the obvious answer to a player the barrels down the lane completely out of control 20 times a game. In a fair game, Giannis would foul out before the half.

The problem is, the games aren’t fair, so you need people that can play him even when taking a charge isn’t an option. That’s why tall teams are successful in the current ref environment vs Giannis.

I feel like James raping Bledsoe tonight... he was injuried last time and had a bad game and press after it like Bucks are Harden stoppers

I think Bledsoe and Connaughton are out. I was hoping to face a fully loaded Bucks just to see where we stand.

Horrible take. Like, no one on this forum would rather see the Clippers than the Thunder but you.

For seeding purposes, I didn’t know who to root for in that recent OKC Utah game. All I knew was, we should try to play one of those teams in round 1.

Bledsoe had Covid later than WB, he probably will rest and practice till they are close to the playoffs.
