Haha, yeah, on Monday I saw some interesting options for 5/1 calls @200 strike. Obviously this didn't really go till AHs so anything could Change in morning but I'm almost certain this'll be above $200

It's like the entire market bounced back the past month. Even oil, casinos, cruise lines, etc. lol.
Twitter popped big today (up around 14% today at the moment) and they have earnings tomorrow. Crazy.

think that while FB will fail to reach its previous all-time high of ~222, MSFT will exceed its, of ~~191

seeing that over-hour trades for FB is above 212, placed a limit order, for a credit of $2.5, to sell this May 22 credit spread on FB

Sell a lower strike 210 CALL
buy a higher strike 215 CALL​

Any of you guys follow the Muni market? After a rebound, it seems as though munis are starting to get smooshed down again. I think increased defaults are priced into Muni funds at this point, and a lot are offering great long term yields. Thoughts?

 

I had thought about munis a while back when I couldn't find decent returns to replace cd's or savings, but ended up going with good yielding stocks that I let churn out either gains or yield in tax-deferred accounts. Even now I've bought into oil stocks for the same reason. I haven't looked at them recently, though. Also, when I looked at them, I was just looking at tax-free muni ETFs.

 

Nasdaq is almost at its high yet we have unemployment and a bunch bk coming up.

 

Stay away from gold -- if they hit at Oak Island and find the Lost Gold of WW2 the market will be flooded like a Templar treasure trap. I'm hearing from good sources they are preparing for a major announcement soon -- we're talking trillions in gold bullion.

 

The only thing they ever find on Oak Island is old nails, coins, pick-axes and wood. One. Episode. At a time.

 

Expectations on Amazon tomorrow guys? I'm in on all the Faang stocks and they have all gone up on earnings days. Opinions?

BX pays a relatively attractive dividend, it goes X-Div on Fri, 1 May. so on the day before,
many investors who are interested in div would buy BX just to get that div

I went ahead and got in @ 0.15 for call @56. I think you did awesome here. Hope you make a lot, in pm/open I might buy stocks/exercise early (tomorrow) if it looks really good to make the X-Div date , not bad on divs play.
