If you have a stupid sense of humor, "Dave" on FX is amusing. So is "Breeders" if you like Martin Freeman.
After watching BCS s05e01, I went back thru s04, before proceeding. Man, when you binge it, it seems even better. I’m all caught up now. I.D.I.O.T.
Started Counterpoint on Prime, starring JK Simmons and Olivia Williams. Through 4 episodes so far and its got me entertained with an interesting concept of 2 parallel worlds. Episode 4 even kinda gives a glimpse into a post Covid world.
Finally catching up with The Expanse, Love Love Love this show. Looks great and I actually care about the characters on the show, not really loving the plot of the season but the visuals are gorgeous. Starting The Boys next or maybe Counterpoint.

"The Americans" on Amazon Prime. I never saw a single episode before a few days ago. This is going to be a long one. The virus might be gone by the time I finish all the seasons.
Keep us updated on when it gets good. I remember trying to watch season one when it debuted at it was hard to get through.
It's not particularly deep or even believable but it's watchable. I thought I would want to turn it off but I kind of got hooked.
I probably got hooked first half of season one. I'm into season three now. It's what I would call "spy fluff". Keri Russell and her husband (the two main leads) carry it pretty well.
I enjoyed it from the start. While the plot moves through spy stories, it's more of a character drama focused on the family dynamics. I stopped watching after season 4 because I forgot too much of what happened, though.
