I'm surprised he didn't do it months ago. Every time Harden has a bad game, most people are on his head about it. But as soon as he carries and has a good game, nothing gets said about it; the haters quickly go back into hiding. He's definitely the most judged player in the league. You can only take so much of it before you say enough is enough.
Maybe but there's a difference between a basketball forum and YouTube comments. One spirals to Hitler slightly less.
Good. i myself don’t have nah social media accounts. I find it funny when I hear people talk about other people they don’t even know in person.. also, who cares what you ate for lunch or that the sun is setting.. that happens every day. Nothing special bout it ! Lol
Harden has been the most hated player in the NBA for the last half decade. The only thing that probably dulls the hate is him playing like the greatest offensive player of all time.
Harden hasn't been himself lately. I haven't seen him do the stirring pot in a while, or look angry like his idol. Harden needs to be himself.... who cares what other say about him even us. It will make him better and more focused. I think he is listening, reading and experiencing media.
I mean, we do that here. There are people here who have known each other for over two decades. Not sure which ones have met in person, but they definitely consider each other great friends and an important part of each other's lives. As a different point of reference, I only have one social media account: a Facebook account I never use from back when it was only available to college students. I also happen to have dear friends all over the globe that I've met online through forums and eventually started talking to in chat groups. Some I've met in person; some I haven't. My ex-gf and I met this way 15 years ago. Granted, she's lived in Houston for nearly a decade now after moving down here from NY, and we still see each other about 4 times a week. However, there are many others I've never met, and yet they're still my go-to best friends at times when I really need a best friend. People are people, regardless of what's separating them. For better or worse.
This is what I am seeing. He is injured and is playing through it. And he has let his frustration of not having his *burst* get to him. And that frustration zaps his energy at times. He loses focus. It is a struggle for him but he has to learn to fight thought it.
Here he is having some fun with Russ, Rivers and the US Womens soccer team. Not saying that this puts an end to the "depression" claims that some y'all are throwing out, I mean who knows how he's truly feeling or what he's going through but I think he'll fine. It's possible that he deactivated to get focused, or perhaps he's having a tough time constantly seeing Kobe while scrolling through his feed. Like many of us do, I believe he'll look at the new month as a fresh start, put January behind him and get back in his bag.
