    You are right, Weaver may prove to be a great coach. However I am not aware of any other teams beating down his door and as second in command the defense he coached gave up 7 straight touchdowns.

    Weaver didn't make the play calls. Weaver was actually potential candidate for a coordinator. Texans didn't want to lose him. He is philosophy sounds like a Rex Ryan-type (coached under Ryan) defense than RAC's. Expect it to be more aggressive.
