I worked in prisons for three years. When I was a kid I thought, I don't want to go to prison, I'll get ass-raped. That's pretty low on my list now after seeing the way they live.

Here's what you deal with, from my humble perspective:

1. Your family. Do you think anyone in your family is going to stick with you on a lengthy sentence? Maybe your wife, but if it's over a year, good luck. People have needs. Your momma might come see you once a month.
2. Your freedom. You can't do ANYTHING in jail that you could out of jail. Grab a six pack? Nope. Taco Bell? Nope. Watch a Rockets game? Only if you're the alpha during a national game.
3. Sex with a woman. Maybe conjugal visits. Doubtful. Enjoy your hand and spit.
4. Intellectual stimulation. People in prison are stupid. That's why they're in prison. The 'libraries' are a joke.
5. Ass rape. And you might want it after not being with a woman for years.
