If you keep asking the question often enough, eventually someone will tell you it's ok to be a homophobe.
You are well and truly off your rocker, dude. At least you admit that sexual orientation is genetically determined. Why you think it necessary to toss political persuasion in there simply points out just how bizarre you are. With all respect due.
Back when I was in school there was some indication that it was neither genetic nor a choice but rather epigenetic and related to the timing of prenatal hormone levels carried over from the mother, but that was a long time ago so that line of thinking may have changed. But it would certainly be justice that it is the parents "fault" for all the parents who view is as a defect requiring blaming someone.
It doesn't matter to me if it's genetically determined or not (why should it matter if it's not immoral?). But if it is, and if it can be tested for pre-birth, there will absolutely be babies aborted for being gay.
With all due respect, you’re a weird guy. Why this is even being talked about is strange. In my opinion, I don’t see this as something we’ll see in our lifetime. I certainly hope not.
My understanding, which I admit is very limited, is that the cause of "gayness" might be a mix of genetic and epigenetic factors. There is likely a lot of factors and no single factor that determines what someone's sexual preference will be and likely different factors having different weights for any individual.
