    Obviously not.

But the continued spamming despite the lack of results is ego-driven. Didn't know I had to break it down Barney style for you.

    Mike:

We weren't into them again. We have that tendency. We're not real sharp right now. Gotta gut these things out. We gotta be a little tougher. That might come with the season, with games.

    Anything surprise you about Russell?

Makes everyone feel good he's coming at you. He's not phased by anything. He's relentless. He's a gamer. Doesn't surprise you because we've seen it but it's nice to watch.

Harden's strong preseason finish/slow regular season start - any explanation?

Preseason is one thing, regular another. He's lost his rhythm a little bit. Every year he's a little slower about getting into it. Nothing to worry about. He's fine. He's gotta play his game. What he's given us the last 3 years, what am I gonna say to him? He's fine. He'll figure it out. Him & Russ will figure it out.

In the post-game presser, D’Antoni just said the Rockets have a tendency to not get into people defensively. What the hell do you work on at practice, Mike?

If something is a bad trend, it should be coached out of the team’s system at practice. In the Rockets’ case, the problem continues to persist.

no wrong, its called trying to shoot yourself out of a slump. Im not saying I agree with that method during a game but guys do it all the time especially superstars. has nothing to do with ego. you're assuming something negative without any proof. He did however have a bad game and horrible shooting. both of those things can happen to someone without a big ego.

"This one's on me. I wasn't aggressive enough." - Harden after Bucks game

    Bucks: 2-13 1-8 3pt 14-14 FT 19 pts 14 ast 7 TO
    Pelicans: 8-29 2-18 3pt 11-12 FT 29 pts 5 ast 8 TO

Well he was more aggressive :p

Stop pretending this Harden we know first day.

How many playoff games we choked because Harden was lazy on the court? When he can’t make shots and Refs don’t give him FTs, he looks disinterested about the game.

YOU figure it out. You're the ****ing coach.

"What am I gonna say to him". Is this dude serious ...

The way this organization enables him is insane.

    Wow...
Harden took 29 shots to score 29pts...
Westbrook took 17 shots to score 28pts...
Somebody tell James that he finally has some help and there is no need for hero anymore...

I already said it on this thread but I really love Westbrook's energy. His shot selection so far has been miles better than it was in OKC. He can galvanize an entire arena with his style of play and aggressiveness.

We just need James Harden to morph back into James Harden. The officiating so far has been a bit unfair towards him, but that's not excuse to play this sloppy. Eric needs to get himself more involved in the offense too, there were stretches of 10+ plays where he didn't even touch the ball, and for someone as talented as him that won't do.

But yeah, not the most convincing win but the Thunder (and our old friend) will be paying us a visit and it'd be very nice to blow them out.

Why bother he won't listen anyway. I am a Harden lover, but this cat that's played the last two games isn't leading this team to any championship, frankly hes looked like Spurs playoff Harden, maybe he has a concussion ;)
