    Unbelievable how we can never seem to find anyone with length and athleticism while other teams have several off the bench.

    Anybody making *any* conclusion about the first preseason game coming off a trip to Hawaii and Japan and a week off has even less credibility.

    The Lakers and the Rockets can both perform worse than expectations. It’s perfectly valid to think Westbrook wasn’t worth trading a billion picks for, but also think that AD and LBJ are completely overrated at this point.

    maybe. I am talking only about rosters, the spurs have overachieved compared to the rosters for years now. But even without the mavs, there are still 8 other teams that without a doubt have better rosters.
    Soeone will play better and someone will play worse than expected.

    However we can all agree that the Spurs will at best be a 6th seed. A team our champion contender team shouldn't be losing 30 points from.

    Well, all I will say is, I don't like what I have seen Rocket wise. They need vast improvement. Very disjointed team...out of sync with each other.

    I hate losing to the Spurs :mad:...even in pre-season.

    You guys quit your whining. The team is obviously still travel-lagged, which is no surprise. This is why you should never schedule pre-season games on the other side of the world. Add all the political nonsense that's been centering around this team and its hardly surprising that they look tired and a step slow.

    Not to mention that it's the f&#king PRE-season.

    So just chill, y'all. The sky isn't actually falling, it just looks like it.

    Now if they look like this in the first regular season game, feel free to panic. :D

    Russ started off slow and was horrible at beginning of last year if I recall. He doesn’t seem to have much lift yet.
    Our defense sucks.
    Capela is terrible but was this way last year too and caught rhythm later.
    Hardenstein is scrub.
    We have no size or length.

    He was worse than CP3 the moment he was born and it hasn't stopped.

    Westbrook has LITERALLY never been better than Chris Paul in his life.


    Prime Paul smokes Westbrook, but even in 2019:

    Chris Paul +3.2 O | +1.4 D. 5.6

    They aren’t overachieving, they have talent. They have more talent than the mavs. I would easily take the spurs roster over the mavs even though I think luka can be great. The spurs young guards are no joke and will compliment their stars well.
