    The trend right now is to dump cheerleaders to desexualize women in pro sports. I don't mind. I've always thought if a sport needs cheerleaders then the product isn't up to scratch.

    Since I was a young lad I was all about the RPD, I always thought they were soooooo hot. I remember there was an era in the late 90's/early 2000's (pajama unis era) when the RPD were parading about in white latex pants - super tight, shiny, and almost see through, it was nuts. As an adult I would have considered that not family friendly at all, as an adolescent at that time I thought it was great. Win or lose, I still got to see the honeys! They have gone way more conservative in recent years.

    Before the internet, people went to the beaches and the games to see hot women. Not needed anymore. It's just a waste of time to send them onto the court. It does enhance the overall happiness level of the buyer, but not by much. I barely even notice them anymore. If you put them in my section and give me a santa clause moment where they sit on my lap, that raises the bar a little and adds to the experience, and then they might be worth the expense.

    compared to what you see in europe, the RPD / Clutch City Dancers are not really that hot. but their actual dancing & choreography are nothing short of amazing and do add something to the arena experience imo
