    Essentially the same neighborhood, gangs and all. Less than 10 miles apart.

    So if an individual is from Gardena, it is acceptable for them to say they are from Compton? Can they go to Compton and say this?

    Basketball wise, Artesia, Compton, Hawthorne all play each other in the club tournaments and high school tournaments. Gardena too, but they usually suck ass.

    5 mile hood radius... :D:p

    Have... Grew up in the area. Artesia was a rival. Beardless Beard dropped 26 on me.

    Renardo Sidney was the true star of the team though, as a freshman in HS while James was older. Beast...

    i was gonna tell u to try that jog too :D

    so i've actually driven thru there many times as well -- used to live closeby in palos verdes estates late 90's and had boys in both gardena and north LB, we used to run pick-up and i had to pick these clowns up first :D
