Been seeing trailers for this series, and I am intrigued. Have not started watching it yet. Simon Bolivar was an hugely important person in world/Latin American history, and yet we (at least in the US) don't seem to know much about him. And IMO, this is where channels/services like Netflix can be of real value, because there's no way that Hollywood would create something like this (for better or worse). https://www.netflix.com/title/80220422 Anybody started watching this one yet? Uh, you know you can hit pause or rewind or whatever...... To me, the topic is either interesting or it isn't. How many episodes there are, or how long they are individually, is of much lesser importance. Well, to each their own.
I actually started watching this the other day. Got 5 minutes into it, and quit. Very meh. It's a shame. I shoulda watched some of it before hawking it.
