Lol. Change your name then. Yeah, It’s not close. Hakeem is the best Rocket ever. Did you say Harden was the best player of all time? Did you really just say such nonsense?

You must be a child. I shouldn’t argue with children.

D'Antoni was trying to find a quick fix on a sputtering offense. The Rockets fault is banking on Capela, Warriors played him. Capela failed his coach, his teammates and the city we love. Of all the sports teams, basketball is the 1 sport where coach is more reliant on their stars than chalk board material. If you saw Joel Embid's last game against Raptors, in the last Philly timeout on offense. He sat at the very end of the row, like 5 seats from the rest of the teammate when their coach and 76ers were discussing during a timeout. NBA is players league, not a coaching league. D'Antoni is really a baby sitter in this Rockets organization. We have the best baby sitter right now.

Refs did allow Supersonics to play illegal defense.

My biggest concern over this disappointing game and blown chances in the series is whether or not our coach will continue to let James walk the court and dribble away the second clock. Will our coach continue to experiment with lineups all year long? Will we ever get a star forward? How many guards will we keep signing to our roster? Will Clint man up? Will Hartenstein bloom into the scorer and defender we need to add depth? So many unanswered questions.

I remember when our coach first came here and pushed our guys to pick up the pace. Eventually James went back to his old ways and has molded himself into Mr. Walk it Back and Dribble. Will our coach or James ever see the light? Will we ever play hard an entire game instead of 3 quarters or less? I sure hope so. But, history is tending to repeat itself far too often.

The only way to save MDA is to get him more elite talent but it's going to be tough.

Harden's individual greatness does not do enough for the team, at least in the Playoffs.

The problem is we already had an elite point guard but no elite big men at forward. Ariza was a good defender but inconsistent at scoring. Signing Paul for a year was an experiment that almost worked. Signing him til death do us part is going to help seal the deal on us never getting a guy like AD or KD. That would have been possible otherwise. Now people are all excited over Jimmy Butler. We will never have an elite forward, and be stuck with bargain forwards and Little Big Men Guards playing at that position until Paul's contract is over.

Yeah, although I think the elite PG tag is overrated a tad.

Chris is declining, we all agree on that, may it be gradually or physically but it is happening.

JH as some dudes said is not a pure PG, yeah he is the best SG or Combo who can handle the rock, but still not a pure PG.

His rhythm is off sometimes, makes lazy passes, and elite Defenses can counteract that.

I dun think it is all 'Sunshine' as you described at the PG position either.

People should shrug off the idea that we have 48 minutes of Elite PG production as guys are declining or not playing to their best.

GSW showed their best playmaker is a 6'7 PF/C hybrid pushing the ball.

Ariza lengthen last year's season with his smart play but warrior dominance became inevitable.

MDA made the correct decision to shorten his rotation. He played Nene when time was right. He made appropriate personnel decisions.

The game plan was solid but players focusing on refs kinda turned things into one big cluster *****.

What the cluster *****,Rockets knew it was best chance.

We cannot dwell in the past, we can only look forward now.

Everyone shortens their rotation in the Playoffs. It's standard.

I agree on the overrated part. The price after the one year experiment was something an elite player demands, and a younger forward would have been a smarter decision, even if we had to wait until after this season for the opportunity. We closed that opportunity by signing Paul long term. I know its too late now, but dang, but Morey should have never make that stupid deal. This season just proved that. Role players around Harden and Paul just doesn't excite me any more.

It will be intriguing to see what Morey would do to undo his bigger 'mistakes'.

Took him almost 2 years to get rid of Ryno. Ryno didn't even play against GSW, could have used his spot.

If you give Ryno a playoff no show 20 million, you ought to give CP3 40 million.....well, it's really unfortunate.

True, but 4 years is a mistake (experiment) that will cost us double the money for double the time. Until then, our additional star power will be truly limited. Unfortunate indeed.

the Dwight howard curse lingers and the team stinks like a dirty jock strap.

Jeff van gundy coaching FIBA and he might cut all rockets players according to multiple sauces.

Can you provide evidence for when Dan Toni specifically told James and Chris that he wants the rockets to push the pace?

It seems like you’re upset over a story that’s completely fabricated. Granted, that would be par the course for most of your arguments, but now that we’re in the off-season, we can actually take apart your complaints and wonder where the hell they actually come from.

Can you provide evidence of literally anything you’re saying, or should I ignore this the way this board ignores all of your other baseless commentary?

First of all you are really rude and condescending. I am entitled to my own opinion and so are you. I don't know who you think you are talking to me like that though.

Don't you remember when D'Antoni came to Houston? Chris wasn't on our team yet. It was like a different Harden and team, because he pushed the pace more when he first got here. He wanted them hustling back and not walking. Clyde and the broadcasters talked about it as well. I remember him waving them to speed up the pace from the sideline. It was a big difference and a refreshing change. I can't believe you don't remember that. I remember thinking, finally a coach who will push up this pace and coach James. It didn't last. James eventually went back to his old ways.

Why is a Curry media video in here. Ugh. I can't even stand looking at that cocky jerk. I could care less what he has to say.
