    Great for those who can't have a 100% withdrawal from meat. It's reducing meat consumption to a small part of your plate and not having meat daily. I follow it as I eat meat twice a week from grass fed sources and maintain a good weight as opposed to feedlot meat which leads to being diabetic, fat, reliant on health care, cancer etc.

    I've recently switched to eating seafood as my main source of protein. Feels better actually, not sure if it's placebo or not

    we eat way too much meat today. From a health standpoint it's already a negative, but I think we can survive by not having any snack or meal we eat by being meat based. Again I'm not saying we should cut it all out, but we are in the excess category.
