    Yes. The fire resistance is only a show thing. In the books its heavily implied that the only reason she survived the funeral pire thing was black magic from the witch. Keep in mind in the books though she still hasn't taken over the Dothraki too.

    I don't think that's relevant. The show is a different story than the books. If they want fire resistance to be a Targ thing then that is what it will be.

    I am a Clarke fan but I wouldn't mind her being removed as the character is really not that interesting as others said.

    I haven't heard the prophesy of Azor Ahai mentioned lately. Is that something that has just put on the back burner?
    The obvious answer to me is that its Jon Snow, but the twist will be that Jon will plunge Longclaw into Danerys to create Lightbringer, just like the original Azor Ahai did to his love. In addition, that would answer Sam's question to Jon "You gave up your crown to save your people. Would she do the same?"

    I'm in this camp too. It's so perfect, and that look on her face when she heard about the walkers moving past the wall... she sees the ultimate power grab within reach, plus eternal life.

    I think we're all very much steeled against the possibility of everyone we like dying or getting screwed over at this point.

    Anyone caught with their pants down in Season 8 is pretty much the biggest sucker of all time
